Melon, delicate passionfruit & white blossom with subtle green herbs.
Textural. Melon, subtle passionfruit with blossom, green herbs & a touch of lemon curd.
Rain events did create moderate disease pressure during the growing season but were often followed by prolonged periods of mild & dry weather so there was little disease occurrence. Temperatures were generally moderate with higher-than-average low temperatures but no hot weather & certainly no heat waves. We meandered through harvest at a gentle pace.
