Richly fragrant, floral with fresh strawberries.

Crisp and dry, the mid palate shows strawberry and cream. The savoury finish is clean and full flavoured.
2018 Had a perfect late Spring and early Summer resulted in the best flowering and fruit set we have seen for many years. It was followed by a dry and mild ripening period. The berries show intense perfume and great flavour which has produced exceptionally balanced wines.
The hand-harvested fruit was whole bunch pressed very gradually over about 5 hours to extract a beautiful pale red juice with low tannin. It was settled overnight, and the clear juice was fermented cool in stainless steel tank to dryness. Bottled in late June, 2018.
