Aromas of violets & dark cherries lead to a moreish palate of fleshy dark cherry & red plum with a hint of vanilla & spice. Smooth as silk.

Handpicked ‘Trial Batch’ Nebbiolo 2021 $32

Very aromatic with a palate of bursting red cherries, spice, raspberry liquorice and balanced but grippy Nebbiolo tannin.

Pinot Noir is from Mornington Peninsula with a splash of Shiraz from Heathcote. Cherries, plums & spices are present on a juicy palate with fine tannins.

A Shiraz, Tempranillo and Pinot Noir blend that has a lot to offer. Equal parts vibrant and crunchy red a black fruits as it is fig and leather. Very enjoyable.
