Kick off the long weekend & Winter Wine Fest with a convivial dinner at shared tables with family, friends & neighbours.

Using his own family recipe, Chef Patrice Repellin’s beef-cheek bourguignon matched to our winter wines from Elgee Park & Baillieu, encapsulates the perfect winter evening.
