The evening commences with a tasting of the rare Angasi oyster matched with Elgee Park Cuvee Brut and Baillieu Brut. This special night features a gourmet three-course meal, paired premium wines and non-alcoholic options, by a crackling fire. Don’t miss this unique chance to taste food history while hearing a local story of discovery.

Petersen’s Bookstore, our festival bookseller, will join us on the night.
