THE LOIRE MASTERCLASS WITH FOOD PAIRING

Thursday 26th June 2025 6pm – 8.30pm

Whites from Melon, Sauvignon and Chenin Blanc and rouge by way of Cabernet Franc. We’ll travel from sparkling to dry to sweet, from the salty air of the Atlantic coast to the mineral sites of the Central Vineyards, covering appellations such as Muscadet, Anjou, Vouvray, Saumur-Champigny, Touraine, Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé.

With 11 wines tasted over 4 brackets each beautifully matched to tapas-style dishes from the region.
