2017 Hickinbotham Noble Sauvignon Blanc

Called Noble due to the infection of the berries by the Botrytis mould which concentrates sugars and gives the wine its characteristic luscious flavour. Also called the ‘Nectar of the Gods.’ The flavours linger for ages making the palate beg for more of this superb nectar.
