LJM is the latest addition to the Paringa Estate portfolio. Quite simply, it’s the best of the best; a blend of their finest single vineyard barrels of pinot noir, from an exceptional vintage, 2022.

It’s a wine which has taken several decades to create. The fruit comes from Paringa Estate’s oldest pinot noir blocks, planted in 1988. It is handpicked, destemmed, and fermented in 3,500 Litre French oak foudres. It is then aged in a combination of new and old barrels. The final stage is an extensive tasting of all the wines by Lindsay and Jamie McCall to choose which barrels will go into the blend.
