Mammoth ‘Lugard’ Chardonnay is a premium, minimal-intervention wine produced by winemaker Michael Glover on the Mornington Peninsula. Known for its cult following, the wine is dry-grown in Red Hill, aged for two years on gross lees in new puncheons, and bottled with no additions.
