Flavours of stone fruits, pears, apple, lemon & ginger coat the mouth & linger for some time. Excellent complexity.

VINTAGE

A wetter than average spring during flowering resulted in a slightly lower average yield. The La Nina weather continued over summer gave rise to slower ripening period than usual. This resulted in a harvest of grapes retaining high level of acidity with good concentration of flavour. The quality & flavour of the grapes remained excellent.
