The zip & zing of the wine gives way to a little taste of oyster shell, crisp pear and a gentle oiliness that bolsters the palate, while bright acidity keeps everything in a straight line..
WINEMAKING
Maturation for 6 months in old oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is discouraged during the maturation.
Fining with Bentonite is followed by filtration before wine is ready for bottling.
Matured in bottle for 4 months before released.
