Handpicked  Single Vineyard Pinot Gris is bright, precise and pure – mirroring the poise and tranquility of its birthplace. Fermented in large 1,000L Austrian oak vat, aroma’s of jasmine, green pear and sweet Viennoiserie pastry on the nose are complemented by a concentrated core of lime juice, white nectarine and pear juice, with a fine nerve of acid and phenolics providing laser like focus.
