A luscious palate of red & black fruits with cherry & plum spice. The mid palate shows hints of cedar & toasty oak, rounding out with elegant persistence.
Seriously good value. Beautiful complexity on the nose with darker cherries alongside floral & herbaceous delicacies. Subtle vanilla & clove. Medium bodied.
Approximately 35% whole bunches were used during fermentation. Bottled in 2021, the Estate Pinot Noir is rich in texture, round & fleshy in the mouth with fine tannins.
This elegant yet complex pinot noir shows refined red fruits of, red cherry, plum & raspberry with savoury elements from clever use of whole bunch fermentation. The silky tannins with bright acidity bring a vibrant and well-structured palate.
A delicate aroma from red to black cherries, savoury spice elements with oak adding extra, subtle complexity. The palate is structured & concentrated. Cherry upfront leads to savoury forest floor, earthiness & a touch of oak. Velvet.
