Subtle and delicious change up form its close cousin, Pinot Noir. Fragrant ripe cherries and berries merge with stewed rhubarb on a long and silky palate. Slightly dry finish with bright acidity and polished tannins.

A blend of Shiraz, Tempranillo & Pinot Noir create a palate with a combination of dried fig, leather, dill & dark cherry with a hint of cracked pepper.

Earthy, plum & black cherry on the nose with a palate to compliment. Juicy red & black fruits are framed with earthy spice & chalky tannins
Elan Gamay 2021
Dusty, musky cherry & blueberry on the nose. The palate is light to medium bodied, dry with a touch of sour cherry, along with chocolatey cherry ripe & salty plum. Bright acid & just enough tannin make this a great little wine.
Handpicked ‘Trial Batch’ Nebbiolo 2021
Rich, ripe black cherry & plum burst onto the palate with tar notes, lifted with a dash of bright red fruits. Classic Nebbiolo tannins to finish
Mantons Creek Tempranillo 2022
A Spanish classic. Has developed perfectly enjoying the cool climate of the Mornington Peninsula. Heavy bodied Tempranillo, fragrances of plums and peppers on the nose. Flavours of wild berries, mixed spice and a dash of vanilla.
