THE WINES

Elgee Park Pinot Noir 2024

Elgee Park is the oldest vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula, originally established as the country retreat of Baillieu and Sarah Myer and their family. In 1972, the first vines were planted on the property, setting the foundation for a legacy of fine winemaking.

Today, small parcels of grapes—nurtured by cool nights and warm summers—produce wines of remarkable finesse, depth, and balance.

This Pinot Noir opens with lifted aromas of cherry and raspberry, layered with whole bunch complexity and cedar spice. The palate is refined and elegant, offering red fruits of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, underpinned by subtle vanilla spice. Soft tannins and concentrated fruit create a beautifully structured, well-balanced wine.

A truly sophisticated Pinot.

Paringa Estate ‘The Paringa’ Pinot Noir 2021

Paringa Estate is one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most acclaimed wineries, renowned for producing award-winning Pinot Noir, Shiraz, and Chardonnay from its steep, north-facing vineyard in Red Hill. Its unique site, combined with meticulous vineyard management and winemaking precision, consistently delivers wines of exceptional depth, elegance, and regional expression.

The nose has an outstanding perfume. Red cherry and rose petal aromas mingle with hints of spice. One of the most striking features of this vintage is the fruit purity and delicacy. This is the very essence of Paringa pinot. Whilst it is elegant and restrained, it has power and length on the palate.

Elanto Pinot Noir 2024

Elanto Vineyard Pinot Noir 2024 is a vibrant and expressive wine that showcases the elegance of cool-climate Pinot. Aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, and raspberry rise from the glass, layered with hints of rose petal and subtle forest floor. On the palate, it is silky and finely textured, balancing bright acidity with gentle tannins for a graceful, lingering finish. Notes of pomegranate, baking spice, and a touch of earthy minerality add depth and complexity. Thoughtfully crafted to highlight purity and finesse, this vintage is approachable now yet promises added nuance with short-term cellaring. Perfect for pairing with roasted poultry, mushroom dishes, or simply savoring on its own.
