On Saturday, 25th October, we’re delighted to join forces again with Ed as we host a four-course dinner paired with wines from each of those regions—we’re looking at Rheingau, Vouvray, Wachau, Saint-Joseph, Mosel, Gigondas—and we’re pushing the boat out with single-vineyard cuvées and other top-flight bottles. In keeping with the breadth and depth of the original masterclass series, we’re not just shining a light on geographical diversity, but also stylistic range–sparkling, aromatic whites, fuller whites, spicy reds and a luscious sticky will all make the menu.
The team in our kitchen have let their imagination take them way downstream with incredible food pairings, and this dinner signals the culmination of this with some inspired pairings.
And what’s a cruise without a little playfulness at the captain’s table? We’ll have a couple of games lined up to see who can navigate the rapids of tricky questions and make it safely to the port of vinous prizes.
