The palate displays citrus fruits of lime & mandarin with white blossom. The finish is balanced and clean with a soft unctuous texture.
The 2025 vintage delivered outstanding wines, supported by ideal growing conditions and a return to average yields. A mild, well-watered winter and a warm, dry summer encouraged even ripening and excellent flavour development, while cool March weather allowed a smooth, extended harvest. The fruit shows great character, structure and purity with precise acidity and good intensity.
The Riesling was hand-picked, whole bunch pressed very gently, before settling in tank to clarify the juice. The clear juice was then cool fermented to dryness in stainless steel tank. This slow, cool ferment preserved the absolute fruit purity evident in the grapes, and after blending and filtering, the wine was bottled in early August to retain the freshness and aromatics of the fruit.
