A delicate cool-climate sparkling showing aromas of nashi pear, strawberry & peach. The palate is fruit-driven with wild berries, peach & a hint of honey. A fine mousse & balanced acidity create elegance & freshness, leading to a soft, lingering finish.
Pale straw in colour, the aromas of pure fruit – poached pear and honeysuckle, are preserved with minimal winemaking intervention. A rich palate showing ripe pear, white peach & honey blend into a persistent finish.
Pronounced aromas of white blossom, yellow peach & tropical fruits, layered with notes of vanilla oak, butterscotch & toasted almonds. A balanced palate of grapefruit, guava & ripe stone fruit is complemented by gentle vanilla spice & creamy undertones, leading to a smooth, fresh & lingering finish.
A fruit forward wine displaying red & black fruits with subtle savoury elements. The mid palate shows hints of cedar spice & cherries, rounding out with a persistent finish.
Cool-climate Shiraz with elegance & depth. Violet, black plum & a touch of vanilla on the nose. Juicy plum & white pepper fill the palate, framed by fine, velvety tannins & fresh acidity. French oak adds polish to a long, luscious finish.
