Pale straw in colour, the aromas of pure fruit – poached pear and honeysuckle, are preserved with minimal winemaking intervention. A rich palate showing ripe pear, white peach & honey blend into a persistent finish.
Ripe apple, stewed fruit, rhubarb & warm spice lead the nose, layered with poached pear, honeysuckle, & jasmine. The palate is textural & savoury, with baked apple, cinnamon & nutmeg from old French oak, balanced by fresh acidity.
Watermelon pink in colour with pink rose petals, violets, fennel and hints of pickled ginger, rhubarb and red plums. Tangy red berries and Moroccan spice on the palate. Fresh and crunchy with just the right amount of tannin to clean the palate.
A slow avalanche of honey, great depth and viscosity, finishes long and dry and poised. Musk Creek is a late ripening vineyard influenced by the ocean and steep, spring fed aspect. The wind blows the cloud away to reveal an autumn of cold sunshine. This terroir restrains, yet supports, ripening until the end of autumn thus grapes accumulate honey, red berry, even forest floor character.
A delicious, vibrant and fresh take on Pinot Gris. Flavours of pear & citrus with a touch of creamyness from time on lees with a dry, clean finish.
A highly expressive nose of baked Nashi Pear, ripe stone fruits, star anise, orange blossom and lychee. On the palate the wine is refined with classic Pinot Gris fruits of baked pear and apple, combining with lime rind, cinnamon spice, almonds and cashews and a little saline. A wine of concentration and freshness.
