Pale straw in colour, the aromas of pure fruit – poached pear and honeysuckle, are preserved with minimal winemaking intervention. A rich palate showing ripe pear, white peach & honey blend into a persistent finish.
Fresh aromas of grapefruit & white peach combine with a nutty, honeyed nectarine layer. White stone fruits & lean minerality. The balanced acidity is refreshing with subtle characteristics evident from time in barrel.
Fragrant notes of blossom, strawberries & cream lead into a refined palate of rose petals, watermelon & cherry spice. Delicate yet expressive, it finishes savoury & elegantly dry, refreshing, & effortlessly charming from start to finish.
A fruit forward wine displaying red & black fruits with subtle savoury elements. The mid palate shows hints of cedar spice & cherries, rounding out with a persistent finish.
Cool-climate Shiraz with elegance & depth. Violet, black plum & a touch of vanilla on the nose. Juicy plum & white pepper fill the palate, framed by fine, velvety tannins & fresh acidity. French oak adds polish to a long, luscious finish.
