A floral nose of white blossom, apple & pear. The delicious apple & pear flavours on the palate fold into toasty characters with beautiful fine bubbles.

Pale straw in colour, the aromas of pure fruit – poached pear and honeysuckle, are preserved with minimal winemaking intervention. A rich palate showing ripe pear, white peach & honey blend into a persistent finish.
