Aromas of baked bread, biscuits, green apple, lemon & honeysuckle lead to a fresh, vibrant palate. Green apple & citrus are framed by fine mousse, mineral notes & subtle toasted brioche, reflecting nearly three years on lees & elegant richness.
Another cool, low-cropping year produced perfectly ripe, intense Pinot Noir. This elegant yet complex pinot noir shows refined red fruits of, red cherry, plum & raspberry. The silky tannins with bright acidity bring a vibrant and well-structured palate.
Aromas of peach, grapefruit with hints of dough and vanilla oak notes. A complex palate showing fresh citrus of lemon and grapefruit which evolves to stone fruits, toasty oak and buttery notes.
The full aromas of white blossom & citrus along with hints of tropical fruit entice you to a lemon & lime driven palate supported delicately by honeysuckle blossom. The palate is clean, dry & fresh.
The Elgee Park viognier is from one of the oldest plantings in Australia. The grapes are picked once the apricot & orange blossom aromas are evident. Typical apricot & spice characters blend into creaminess on the textured palate. With a long dry finish, it is perfect for immediate drinking or will develop with some age.
The palate shows ripe cool climate flavours of blackberry, cherry ripe with silky tannins. The cabernet gives length of flavour, whilst the merlot fills the mid palate. Matured in French oak for 18 months
