Aromas of peach, grapefruit with hints of dough and vanilla oak notes. A complex palate showing fresh citrus of lemon and grapefruit which evolves to stone fruits, toasty oak and buttery notes.
Aromas of grapefruit rind & lemon pith with hints of white flower, flint, sea spray & fresh lemon. This Chardonnay has deep layers of pickled lemon rind, mandarin skin & crunchy white nectarine with refreshing acidity.
The palate of plush stone fruit, citrus and lemon curd is beautifully supported by secondary notes of French butter, grilled cashews and spicy oak. The wine is framed by a lovely line of fine acidity and the finishes long with a silky mouth feel.
Lemon balm and nectarine are evident on the nose. The palate is rich and balanced with subtle oak influences accompanied by nougat, lemon and lime with a refined acid drive.
Nectarine, citrus & subtle toasty oak combine on the nose. The palate has great texture showing citrus & stone fruit flavours with a dry finish.
