Elgee Park Chardonnay 2023

Elgee Park, the oldest vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula, was originally the country retreat of Baillieu & Sarah Myer and their children. In 1972 the first vines were planted on the property. Small parcels of grapes, cool nights and warm summers, produce wines of great finesse, depth and balance.  This Chardonnay is exceptional with aromas of peach, grapefruit with hints of dough and vanilla oak notes.  Followed with a complex palate showing fresh citrus of lemon and grapefruit which evolves to stone fruits, toasty oak and buttery notes.

Paringa Estate ‘The Paringa’ Chardonnay 2021

The most awarded chardonnay Paringa has ever produced, the 2021 vintage has collected seven trophies over the past 2 years. The Paringa’ Single Vineyard Chardonnay is the ultimate expression of the unique home vineyard in Red Hill South. It comes from a block of nine rows, which are now 30 years old. The nose is highly perfumed, with notes of grapefruit, lemon zest and flinty sulphides. The complex palate has power, finesse and great length.

Elanto Chardonnay 2023

This wine is a blend of the 3 Chardonnay vineyards (lieu-dits); Verge, Buckshot and Seawinds.

Each vineyard was picked and vinified separately. The fruit was hand sorted and then whole bunch pressed with the juice run direct to a mix of new and older French oak barriques. A natural fermentation completed over the coming months. In total the wine spent 10 months in barrel before being transferred to large concrete vats for a further 2 months maturation before bottling. Diam 30 closure.
