Elgee Park Cuvee Rouge 2018

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this sparkling red displays fresh cherry aromas with hints of dried fruit and spice. The palate has a rich velvety texture with cherry flavours and a long & savoury finish.

Elgee Park Cuvee Brut 2019 (x2)

Made from 60% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Noir, the aromas show apple & honeyed caramel. The palate has a beautiful texture & acidity, framed by toasted brioche.

Baillieu Brut 2022 (x2)

White blossom aromas with apple strawberry & hints of peach. The palate reflects the nose, a fine mousse &balanced acidity rounds out
the soft finish.

Sorrento Moon Cuvee Spritz

Sorrento Moon Cuvée Spritz is a sparkling wine blended with a unique aperitivo recipe made from native Australian ingredients including Davidson Plum, Rosella flowers, & Tasmanian Pepperberry blended with sweet Australian oranges. Aromas of blood orange zest, rose water & amaro with allspice overtones fill the glass. On the palate the initial sweetness is balanced by the tartness of davidson plum & rosella, with citrus & raspberry.
