Raspberry and red cherry aromas with hints of violets and spicy oak. A complex palate with excellent depth and complexity of flavour, and a silky tannin finish.
Aromas of cherry, raspberry, berry confit & a small hint of tomato leaf rolling into a palate with good length and balanced acidity.
A textural and savoury Pinot Noir, the different elements (whole bunch, destemmed, barrel ferment, extended skin maceration) have combined to produce a multi-dimensional wine with delicate and intricate layers of character.
Aromas of sweet dark cherry & savoury spice are followed by a palate of cherry, raspberry savoury & forest floor characters. Supple tannins.
Pale ruby garnet in colour with a lifted nose of ripe red and black cherries, black rose petals, a touch of pomegranate and coriander seed and cardamom spice. On the palate the red cherry dominates with subtle spice and floral lavender and rosewater notes. The tannins are velvety and the acid is firm and crisp. Delicious to drink right now, or will cellar beautifully for at least 10 years.
