2 x Stilvi Amber Field Blend 2024

A skin-fermented blend of 20% Chardonnay, 25% Riesling, 35% Sauvignon Blanc, and 20% Pinot Gris, aged in ovoid terracotta for natural flow.

Each varietal brings its own unique alchemy to the blend, contributing layers of complexity and character. Rough-filtered with expected sediment, this wine is unfiltered, unfined, and minimally handled—delivering vibrant texture, wild energy, and structured complexity.

2 x Brothers McLean Viognier 2018 (skin contact)

Frangipane, passion flower & orange blossom with pithy grapefruit & tangerine are followed by fresh green herbs & musky spice. Then green mango, kiwi fruit, lime juice & white peach. Crunchy, refreshing & textural.

2 x Moorooduc Estate Skins Pinot Gris 2023 (skin contact)

Watermelon pink in colour with pink rose petals, violets, fennel and hints of pickled ginger, rhubarb and red plums. Tangy red berries and Moroccan spice on the palate. Fresh and crunchy with just the right amount of tannin to clean the palate.
