Frangipane, passion flower & orange blossom with pithy grapefruit & tangerine are followed by fresh green herbs & musky spice. Then green mango, kiwi fruit, lime juice & white peach. Crunchy, refreshing & textural.
A mix of floral and musky notes on the nose and pomegranate juice on the palate 25% of the moscato is fermented on skins for two weeks, with the rest fermented in old French oak barrels for eleven months.
Watermelon pink in colour with pink rose petals, violets, fennel and hints of pickled ginger, rhubarb and red plums. Tangy red berries and Moroccan spice on the palate. Fresh and crunchy with just the right amount of tannin to clean the palate.
13 days maceration of skins. This wine has a dense, even chalky texture and the depth of the wine makes up for the short length. The clarity of this friulano is entirely due to gentle winemaking & time on skins providing the necessary tannins to clarify the wine
