Made from 60% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Noir, the aromas show apple & honeyed caramel. The palate has a beautiful texture & acidity, framed by toasted brioche.

Baillieu Brut 2023 (x2)

White blossom aromas with apple strawberry & hints of peach. The palate reflects the nose, a fine mousse & balanced acidity rounds out the soft finish.

A true “Methode Champanoise” wine. Aged on lees for three years, dry and crisp.
